The capabilities of Ohio Fabricators are outlined here, only to the degree from which we operate today. In today's global economy, we are fully aware that absolutely nothing stays the same. We are changing every day to meet the increasing demands of customers specifically when it comes to service and quality.
Custom Metal Fabrication and Stamping - The employees of Ohio Fabricators have been trained in SPC. Documentation is available for each production run. Through SPC we have been able to monitor our manufacturing process, reduce costs, and create a quality conscious environment throughout the company. We offer stamping capabilities in a range up to 95 Tons. Our press department is consistently looking at ways to improve efficiencies, and broaden the productivity of our existing equipment. At the same time, both management and production staff constantly evaluate the neccessity for the aquisition of new equipment.
Our Plant Engineering and Tooling departments use their expertise and well-equipped shop to create our own tooling, providing "one-stop" responsibility for higher quality, lower costs and prompt, efficient service.
Presently, Ohio Fabricators supplies many major companies with Butt Welded Tubing. We offer customers a wide variation of lengths and diameters designed to meet any needed specifications, and can produce a Seam Welded Tubing from 4" up to 24" in length, and 1.5" up to 6" in diameter.
We know that our employees are one of our most valuable assets and resources. Our Epoxy Application staff is well versed in adhesive application, and inspection. We promote continuing education, self-improvement and communication among our employees at all
